Podiobooks has published its Best of 2007 list, itemizing the 20 podiobooks of the past year which were most popular with listeners.  We're happy to note that our presentation of Lester Del Rey's Badge of Infamy was among the titles listed.  Many thanks to the listeners who put us there!

At Christmas time, we think a lot about traditions of the past, and about those who came before us. The group of creative people who put together a fanzine called Contact back in the 1970s are some of the forbears of today's Prometheus Radio Theatre. Many of those writers and artists directly contributed to our being where we are today.

It seems appropriate then, that we take some time right now to feature a selection from A Contact Christmas, published in 1979. Steve reads "A Gift of Gold," by Beverly J. Volker and Nancy J. Kippax.
